The Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) Scheme aims to tackle the issue of the decreasing child-sex ratio (CSR) and the worries surrounding the lifelong empowerment of women and girls. AIPS has long supported women's rights and gender parity.

Media advocacy funding was predominantly dedicated in the program's early phases to promote awareness and induce behavioural change, as the purpose of the BBBP is to change society's beliefs regarding the value of female children. The institute's dedication to equity is demonstrated by the considerable number of women who work there. Dr. K. Balaji, the AIPS principal, gave a speech on this occasion.
