2 years (12 + 12 months)
Extending for twelve months from the commencement of academic term which includes four papers. At the end of M.Pharm Part-I, there shall be a university examination for M.Pharm Part-I.
Extends to a period of twelve months. At the end of M.Pharm Part-II, the candidate shall submit a dissertation on the topic approved by the university.
A candidate should have passed B.Pharm degree examination of RGUHS or B.Pharm examination of any recognized Indian University as established by law in India or should
have completed any other degree courses in pharmacy recognized as equivalent by RGUHS University or Pharmacy Council of India,(PCI) and/or All India Council of
Technical Education (A I.C.T.E,) for this purpose and should have secured not less than 50% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years) prescribed for the
qualifying examination.
Then she/he shall be eligible for admission to the M.Pharm course.For SC / ST / Category-I (Karnataka) candidates must have a degree in B.Pharm.
A minimum of 80% in both theory and practical (regular) class is essential to be eligible for sessional as well as annual exams.
Sessional Exam: 3 sessional exams will be conducted for 30 marks each, in practicals and theory respectively.
To be conducted by University at the end of 1st year and at the end of IInd year ( M. Pharm Part II )the students have to submit a dissertation to the university and attend viva voce thereafter.
